The fitness center will feature the Italian brand of equipment by Technogym and an extensive wellness platform to ensure guests stay on track while on the road. AquaFit

Jump in the pool to give your knees and backs a break from land based cardio. Water provides up to 12 times more resistance than air, making it an ideal no impact alternative for strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. This motivating class will target most major muscle groups, improve core stabilization, increase flexibility and build endurance. Swimming skills are not needed, each participant can work at their own pace.
