A journey for the senses. This private yoga class allows groups of 2 or more participants to experience the principles of yoga that are rooted in breath, balance, flexibility, strength and physical expression. All these facets of movement heighten the senses, as does wine tasting, when done with consciousness. Experience both together with a basic orientation to the art of yoga and wine in unison. scotch and stretch 2 hours

Experience a private session of simple stretching and breathing to stimulate blood flow and flexibility, while exploring complex tastes and smells to help reduce stress. Groups of 2 to 10 share four exceptional quality, single malt and blended Scotch whiskies with taste notes to enhance all senses. At the session’s end, choose from a selection of premium, imported cigars to further complement your experience.

A private session focused on objective and subjective information regarding food and nutrient intake as it relates to your health, lifestyle and medical history. Conducted by a certified nutrition specialist.

The ultimate self-reflection. Focus on the emotional, mental, physical and social components of health believed to be relevant to illness, injuries and quality of life. Conducted by a certified preventative specialist.

This comprehensive session includes personal fitness, lifestyle and nutritional components for total wellness.

 

DNA health testing 90 minutes

The DNA Analysis is a comprehensive laboratory analysis of specific gene variants in your genetic material (known as single nucleotide polymorphisms, or SNPs) with a customer profile that obtains information about the lifestyle habits that relate to the gene variants being analyzed. These two pieces of information are then analyzed together to provide you with a personalized health action plan outlining specific diet, nutrition, and exercise recommendations. Test done by analysis of internal buccal swab method.

 

microbiome testing 90 minutes

The test will provide information to the major bacterial players residing in your gut microbiome and give you general information as to whether these are health promoting or health inhibiting microbes.
