Restaurant VUN, which claims two Michelin stars, is a pleasant venue offering an interesting and sophisticated gastronomic experience in refined and elegant surroundings. In designing the new environment of restaurant VUN Andrea Aprea, architect Flaviano Capriotti focused on the culinary experience offered by Chef Andrea Aprea. The result is an environment in which the protagonist is the food. Furnishings, accessories and decorative elements are the tools that accompany visitors during the restaurant’s sensorial journey.
The environment is intimate and cosy, with elevated attention to every detail.
The name, which in Milanese dialect means “one”, has been chosen to express not only the close relationship with the city but also the ambition to arouse feelings and emotions to excel in the competitive world of gastronomy in Milan.
