I have been with Hyatt since 2006 and in Dawson’s since 2009. I enjoy working in Dawson’s because of its one of kind restaurant feeling. Everything here is unique and exceptional, starting from our staff and customers, all the way to the food and ambiance.

Working at Dawson’s since 1988, I truly enjoy working with all my fellow associates. We have worked together for many years, and by doing so, we have established a great repoir with many regular guests. On our menu, I highly recommend the Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Cioppino and the Rack of Lamb. I am very confident that you will enjoy anything on the menu!
