It is with pleasure that we welcome back Michael Grande to the Sacramento culinary scene as Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Chef Michael worked as the Chef de Cuisine in Sacramento starting in 2013, before being promoted to Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa in 2014. Prior to moving out West, Chef Michael worked in varies culinary positions at the Grand Hyatt Washington. He began his Hyatt career at the Hyatt Regency Boston, after graduating from the University of Southern New Hampshire with a degree in Culinary Arts.
