Breakfast features a full a la carte menu or a sumptuous buffet served daily with an omelet station and sweet and savory hot and cold menu items. Our bar breakfast menu including house-made grain bowls, avocado toasts and house-made yogurts and cereals. Other signature items include Mason Jar Avocana Bread, our take on banana nut bread, in which Chef replaces the shortening with pureed avocado. Our full menu offers a selection of eggs benedict dishes, zesty lemon blueberry pancakes, seasonal breakfast flatbreads, a Watertable version of the SoCal favorite huevos rancheros.
Lunch is made up of Liquids, Greens and Bites and features a simple, contemporary menu. The menu is designed for you to customize our salad and sandwich preparations with your choice of protein.
Dinner can be informal at the bar or in one of several comfortable dining spaces, including our ocean front patio. Small plates are available at the bar, paying homage to the resort’s Spanish heritage and “Bar Jars,” filled with house-made pates, cheeses, and other delights, are served directly from sharable mason jars; selections include Artichoke and Manchego Cheese Spread and Iberico and Spicy Tomato Jam. Spanish-influenced hot bar appetizers include Charred Prawns in Romesco, Potato and Corn Empanadas and Lamb Meatballs with Mojo Verde.
Our dinner menu has Chef’s Choices and a menu that you may choose your entrée cooked the way you like with a selection of special sauces and sides to customize your meal. Favorites on the menu include Cedar Plank Skuna Bay Salmon with Sea Salt and Olive Oil and Filet Mignon with Bacon Jam. Starters include Hamachi Crudo, and Pan-Seared Scallops and there are several salads to choose from including the Watertable Wedge with house made green goddess and many local SoCal touches.
