Polaris serves a menu of Chef-inspired shared plates, intensely flavored dishes prepared for our guests in an open, residential kitchen that feels almost like your house (maybe a little cooler).
Plates rotate regularly based on the seasons, our ingredients and any recent Eurekas! – from surprising snacks inspired by street food to rich ragouts and pastas, bright creative salads, spicy farm raised pork or beef and coastal shellfish.
Plates are thoughtfully crafted each day with the finest ingredients, by happy chefs who love food and live life. Our dishes are made to be casual and approachable, food to be shared and enjoyed over great drinks and good wine.
