Be inspired by the advice and kitchen insights of our chefs and get to know the preparation of different dishes, the art of seasoning and the specialties of plating. Creative themes, fresh ingredients and other excited participants can be expected from our diverse courses.
The Hyatt cooking classes in Dusseldorf always take place on Saturdays. They begin at 1pm and usually take about three to four hours, depending on the theme, including the joint consumption of the culinary results.
The price includes an aperitif (our sparkling wine Cuvée X, Stefan Breuer), all ingredients and recipes, soft drinks, Nespresso coffee specialties, house wine and beer during the course, as well as the joint consumption and a Hyatt apron to take home.

We introduce various pieces of US meat and steak cuts to you and take you with us into the diversity of American barbecues in front of Dusseldorf’s skyline.

The BBQ courses take place in the open air and in the case of bad weather, they will be postponed to another date. We ask for your understanding.
