Grand Ballroom
As the name suggests, our Grand Ballroom is Hyatt Valencia’s largest event space at 5,600 square feet. Host 600 for a reception or 36 exhibit tables during a conference. If needed, divide the room into single or paired sections to accommodate smaller groups of 95 to 400, depending on setup.


Executive Boardroom
The impressive solid-marble conference table and dark wood credenza will accommodate 14 of your most influential associates. The Executive Boardroom is equipped with presentation ledges and a 47” LCD television to meet your presentation needs.


Castaic / Saugus
These smaller rooms are ideal for breakout sessions during a larger conference. They can accommodate 30 each in a classroom-style setup, or can be combined to host 60.


Canyon Country
Featuring its own private entrance, and windows facing the Garden treat your guests to a more relaxed feeling during your meeting. This charming meeting room can hold up to 100 individuals for a reception or 60 in banquet rounds of 10.


Slightly smaller than the Canyon Country rooms and slightly larger than Castiac or Saugus, Newhall is ideal for larger breakout sessions or training sessions.


Valencia Ballroom
With its quaint adjacent courtyard, the Valencia Ballroom offers natural lighting and is the ideal setting for intimate affairs up to 150 guests or meetings. This space can be divided into two rooms as needed, and has 15’ ceilings to meet all of your event or meeting needs.
