Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney isn’t your typical hotel. As guest expectations evolve, so have we—providing an environment that empowers travellers to connect, explore and stay on their own terms. We offer a self-activated experience, where flexibility, community and purpose drive every detail. From seamless check-in kiosks and refill stations to versatile coworking lounges and upcycled materials, we are rewriting the rules of hotel stays. At Caption, there are no scripts, just smart, socially connected travel.

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. We recommend bringing a drinking vessel to refill with drinking water available throughout the hotel.

We are committed to providing equal access and opportunity for individuals with disabilities. The features also make this hotel more accessible for older individuals with changing abilities to ensure a seamless experience. Our overall goal is to improve usability throughout the hotel for all guests.
