Hotel Experience & General Information
Check-in begins at 3 PM.
Upon check-in, your card will be authorized full room and tax for the length of your stay, plus $100 incidental hold per night. This charge may appear on your debit or credit card for up to two weeks post-departure.

We always try to accommodate early check-ins. Let us know when you are arriving, and we’ll do our best to get you into your room early.
If you need a little extra time getting out, let us know. We will do our best to give you some more time, and we can always hold onto your bags while you explore.

If you can let us know if you are planning on receiving anything, we’ll do our best to make sure it arrives safely. If anything arrives for you before you check-in, we’ll hold it at the front desk. We are only able to hold packages for 10 days before or after your reservation.

We offer a variety of dining options for our guests. Our all-day neighborhood bistro, Perseid, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with brunch served on the weekends. Guests can also enjoy a curated menu in the Augustine Lounge from 11 AM to 10 PM, or opt for the comfort of in-room dining, available exclusively for hotel guests.

Rooms & Amenities
Of course. All of our guest rooms are equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless access. Network is Hotel Saint Augustine.
Yes. Just ask the front desk if you need any child-specific needs.
All rooms include bath amenities from Klur, flat screen television, a hairdryer, a delightfully comfortable bathrobe, steamer, and in-room safe.
Housekeeping starts servicing rooms normally after 11 AM. Guests may request earlier service by contacting the front desk.

No. All of our rooms are non-smoking. If we find that you’ve tampered with any of our smoke detectors or lit up in your room, we’ll charge an $500 fee.

Parking, Travel & Transportation
We offer valet parking at an overnight rate of $49 plus tax. Additionally, there is ample street parking available in the surrounding area.

Yes. The pool is available to guests from sunrise to sunset.
Outside food and drinks are prohibited at the pool. However, we offer food and drink options brought right to your chair from the scannable QR code attached to each lounge chair.

Our individually curated retail shops are worth a visit on their own. We offer a host of signature souvenirs, thoughtfully sourced local goods, and one-of-a-kind finds. Save room in your suitcase or if you decide you want something after the fact, our online shops are always open.
Families & Groups
Yes! We love guests of all ages. The holder of your reservation must be 21 or up to check in.
Pets
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are always welcome (for a small fee). Pack your pup and we’ll supply a bed, bowl, and maybe a treat or two for your best friend.
Booking & Policies
For payment, we accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard or Visa.
Plans change. If yours do, we just ask that you let us know by 6 PM local hotel time at least 3 days prior to your reservation to avoid a fee (equal to one night’s stay plus tax).
During peak times and depending on your reservation, our policies may vary, so please refer to the policies specific to your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation email.
We will need to secure your booking with a credit or debit card up front. The cost of that deposit may vary and during peak times we may require the full cost of your reservation up front— but the remainder of your payment will be charged upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please check the exact policies for your reservation while booking.
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.
Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to arrival for most room types.
