Service dogs are always welcome at no charge.

Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in any of our public places or dining & drinking areas.

For your pet’s safety, we require that pets are not left unattended in the guest rooms.

Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.​

Price (additional cleaning fee applicable based on length of stay) £60 / pet, ​of £60/pet will be added per stay​.

Pets must be registered on arrival with the front desk.

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (value added tax).

Please note that a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your accommodation bill.

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than £250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
