Casa Amate
Open exclusively for dinner and serving diverse Latin American cuisine, Casa Amate is one of Mexico's Top 250 Restaurants by Guía México Gastronómico. The restaurant has a unique and sophisticated concept designed to resemble the eclectic home of a traveler passionate about Latin culture. Intimate spaces are designed like rooms in a house, including Bar Studio, Library, Living Room and Dining Room. The restaurant is built around a courtyard overlooking the resort’s lagoon with a special Amate tree—the inspiration for its name.
