TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Hyatt Meeting Dividends® program is available only in conjunction with qualified meetings of ten or more paid guest rooms, or with qualifying catered/banqueting events booked and held at participating Hyatt hotels or resorts. The Hyatt Meeting Dividends program is also available for eligible group incentives of ten or more paid guest rooms.
2. Planner must be a member of, or enroll in, Hyatt Gold Passport to participate in Hyatt Meeting Dividends.
3. To receive bonus points or miles (or mileage equivalent), planners must indicate that they wish to participate in Hyatt Meeting Dividends prior to signing the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract. Bonuses will not be retroactively credited for previously booked and held meetings or catering/ banqueting.
4. The Hyatt Meeting Dividends program is available at participating Hyatt Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Membership in the Gold Passport program, the awarding of points or miles, the redemption of awards and participation in Hyatt Meeting Dividends are void when prohibited by law and subject to any applicable government regulations.
5. Planner does not need to attend the meeting or catered/banqueting event to take advantage of the Hyatt Meeting Dividends program. However, to be eligible to claim a Meeting Dividends bonus, a planner must be employed, or contracted, by the sponsoring company or organization at the time that the meeting or catered/banqueting event is actually held.
6. Planner will earn bonus points for guest rooms based on which day of the week the rooms are used, the total number of paid rooms utilized on a given night and whether the group stays at a Hyatt hotel or at a Hyatt resort.
7. To receive bonus points for guest rooms, a minimum of ten paid rooms must be occupied on any given night for the planner to receive bonus points for that night. If the number of guest rooms falls below ten paid rooms for any given night during the meeting, the planner will not receive bonus points for that night.
8. Planner will receive bonus points for eligible catering/banqueting charges incurred in conjunction with the Hyatt Meeting Dividends program, exclusive of any taxes, gratuities, service charges and outside vendor/supplier charges. Planner will receive one point per dollar spent for catering/banqueting beginning before 5 p.m. and two points per dollar spent for catering/banqueting beginning at or after 5 p.m. The exact hour that delineates daytime and nighttime catering/banqueting may vary from country to country.
9. Planner may earn up to 50,000 Gold Passport bonus points for each qualifying meeting, including applicable meeting catering/ banqueting, or for each separately booked personal catering/banqueting event at participating locations. At Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Asia, personal non-meeting related catering/banqueting events will not be eligible for Hyatt Meeting Dividends. Two or more meetings or catering/banqueting events held by the same organization over the same date(s) at the same hotel will be considered one meeting or catering/banqueting event subject to the maximum point bonus for one meeting or catering/banqueting event.
10. Planner may elect to receive airline bonus miles (or mileage equivalent) in accordance with enclosed program chart in lieu of Gold Passport bonus points earned for guest rooms utilized during a meeting. Minimum of ten paid guest rooms per night required. Please see the airline program chart for more information. Planners cannot receive airline bonus miles for catering/banqueting events. The earning of airline bonus miles is subject to the rules and restrictions of each participating airline program. Please allow 6-8 weeks for bonus miles (or mileage equivalent) to be posted to planners frequent flyer account. Participating airlines are subject to change without notice.
11. Bonus points or miles (or mileage equivalent) will be credited to the planner after the meeting and/or catered/banqueting event has been held and paid for in accordance with the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract.
12. Bonus points or miles (or mileage equivalent) for a single meeting or catering/banqueting event will be issued to only one planner.

14. The earning of Gold Passport program points for individual travel and Gold Passport bonus points in conjunction with the Hyatt Meeting Dividends program is subject to terms and conditions of the Gold Passport program. Meeting planners or attendees will not earn Gold Passport program points during their group stay if their individual room bill is paid through a Master Account.
