Participant acknowledges that participation in an Adventure Hyatt® activity is voluntary and that there are natural factors and occurrences, which may impact on or affect the safety of the activities he/she has selected to participate. Participant assumes the risk of such factors and occurrences and agrees that Hyatt Corporation, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be in any way be responsible for any resulting injury and/or death related to participation in any such activities. Additional terms and conditions, including releases, waivers, and compliances with rules, may be required to participate in activities. Adventure Hyatt activities may be provided by third parties.
