TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Benefits and offers associated with this program are limited to participating Hyatt branded hotels worldwide, unless otherwise stated.
  2. This program is open to companies and their subsidiaries with offices in the United States. Benefits and offers associated with this program are limited to participating Hyatt branded hotels worldwide, unless otherwise stated. This program is not valid at Hyatt resort properties.
  3. Companies with a negotiated corporate agreement with Hyatt Corporation ("Hyatt"), travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators and other sellers of travel are not eligible to participate in the Hyatt Company Travel Program. Employees of Hyatt, its affiliates or subsidiaries or of any Hyatt hotel or resort, and their respective household members, are not eligible. Hyatt reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company to register in this program.
  4. Upon registration in this program, the Company Administrator will be assigned a unique Company Travel Program number that will allow employees of that company to access the program rate and specified benefits and services. Company Travel Program limited to one account per company.
  5. To receive Company Travel Program rate, reservations must be made directly with Hyatt through companytravel.hyatt.com or by calling 800-492-8837 (within U.S. and Canada) or the nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center.
  6. Participating companies in the Hyatt Company Travel Program will receive a 10% discount off the Prevailing Rate for the room type requested at the time of booking. Rate based on availability.
  7. Company employees may be asked to present company identification at check-in. The company may be asked to provide documented verification of employment for traveling employees.
  8. A company's participation in this program may be terminated at Hyatt's discretion if the company does not record minimum stay activity (50 nights) during a 12-month period. Certain offers in this program will be contingent on participant companies achieving certain stay requirements. Company stay activity will be tracked via a unique Company Travel Program number, which will be provided to company contacts who have successfully enrolled in this program. It will be the responsibility of participant companies and their individual travelers to provide their unique Company Travel Program number when making hotel reservations.
  9. The sale or barter of any benefit certificates or discounts other than by Hyatt is prohibited. Any benefit certificates or discounts which Hyatt deems to have been transferred, sold or assigned for such purposes may be confiscated or cancelled. Violators may be liable for damages, litigation and transaction costs. Special program rates, Hyatt or partner benefits and special offers are redeemable by participating company employees only unless specifically stated otherwise.
  10. Hyatt is not responsible for partner withdrawals from the program, for benefit cancellations caused by withdrawals, or for changes or discontinuance's of partner service, which may affect the benefits offered. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice.
  11. Hyatt reserves the right to terminate this program with or without notice; or a company's participation in this program if they do not meet the 50 nights per year minimum, fail to pay hotel bills or appear to be utilizing the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms, conditions or intent of the program. Hyatt also retains the right to terminate the participation of any company who acts in a manner inconsistent with local, state, or federal laws or ordinances. Terminated participation results in the loss of specified benefits and services including, but not limited to, access to special program rates, access to Hyatt product discounts, access to Hyatt or partner special offers and benefits
  12. Hyatt has the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions and benefits, pertaining to this program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
  13. Where Hyatt Gold Passport™ or other Hyatt product special offers or benefits are included in this program, Hyatt Gold Passport or other Hyatt product terms and conditions apply.
  14. No employee, agent or other representative of Hyatt has the right or authority to modify any of these terms and conditions except in writing from an officer of Hyatt. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hyatt.
  15. The laws of the state of Illinois shall govern the terms and conditions of this program.
  16. Participation in this program, the access to a special program rate, and access to specified benefits or services are void where prohibited by law and subject to applicable government regulations and complete terms and conditions.
