MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Approximate length - 7 Months
  • 9-10 week rotation through various departments of the hotel
  • 20-week concentration in Sales
The Corporate Sales Management Training Program provides a comprehensive, rotational training schedule for individuals with an interest in the Sales function of hospitality, specifically those who ultimately wish to pursue Associate Director and Director of Sales within the hotel. The training program will include a rotational schedule through Accounting/Finance, Catering & Convention Services, Engineering, Human Resources, and Rooms and Food & Beverage, in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Sales Department.
Performance Feedback & Compensation
Sales Trainees will participate in formal midpoint and final performance reviews based on feedback from individual departments, and conducted by the Director of Human Resources. Trainees also receive an initial salary increase upon successful completion of the program and promotion into their first position within the Hyatt Sales force.
