MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

OPERATIONS

Approximate length - 5 months
  • 9-10 week rotation through various department of the hotel
  • 12-week concentration in either Rooms or Food & Beverage
The Corporate Operations Management Training Program was developed to provide training for recent Hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions of the hotel. A portion of the program duration will be spent in the concentration of either Rooms or F&B, and the remainder will include a rotational schedule in the divisions of Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Sales. Operations trainees will also be assigned a Special Project at the end of the program.
Performance Feedback & Compensation
Operations Trainees will participate in formal midpoint and final performance reviews based on feedback from individual departments, and conducted by the Director of Human Resources. Successful Trainees also receive an initial salary increase upon promotion into their first management position.
