MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

HUMAN RESOURCES

Approximate length - 9 months
  • 9-10 week rotation through various departments of the hotel
  • 29-week concentration in Human Resources
The Corporate Human Resources Management Training Program provides a comprehensive, rotational training schedule for individuals with an interest in the Human Resources function of hospitality, specifically those who ultimately wish to pursue Assistant Director and Director of Human Resources positions within the hotel. The training program includes a rotational schedule through Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Rooms and Food & Beverage, Sales, and Special Projects, in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Human Resources department.
Performance Feedback & Compensation
Human Resources Trainees will participate in formal midpoint and final performance reviews based on feedback from individual departments, and conducted by the Director of Human Resources. Trainees also receive an initial salary increase upon successful completion of the program and promotion into their first Human Resources management position.
