MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

ACCOUNTING

Approximate length - 12 months
  • 9-10 week rotation through various departments of the hotel
  • 42-week concentration in Accounting & Finance
The Corporate Accounting Management Training Program provides a comprehensive, rotational training schedule for individuals with an interest in the Accounting and Finance side of hospitality, specifically those who ultimately wish to pursue an Assistant Controller and Controller positions within the hotel. The training program will include a rotational schedule through all other operational areas of the hotel in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Accounting department.
Performance Feedback & Compensation
Accounting Trainees will participate in formal midpoint and final performance reviews based on feedback from individual departments, and conducted by the Director of Human Resources. Trainees also receive an initial salary increase upon successful completion of the first half of the program, and again upon promotion into their first Accounting management position.
