Management Training Program
The content of the Management Training Programs is designed to meet the individual needs of each Trainee and will usually focus on one general area of specialization (e.g. Rooms Division). The Trainee is provided with specific training and hands-on experience in the focus department, as well as exposure in various related departments.
Selection Criteria
Management Trainees may be selected from both internal and external candidates who have diploma level qualifications and who have been identified with the potential for local management careers within the hotel/country.
  • Diploma or above required
  • Exposure usually limited to one department
  • Length of Program is customized to meet the objectives of the program and will vary with the Trainee's previous work experience, education, personal objectives and the objectives of the organization
  • Positions are available for local nationals
Program Duration
The length of the program will depend on each individual's training needs and previous experience, and is typically between 6 and 18 months.

Corporate Training Program
The Corporate Training Program has been designed for those graduates with the greatest potential to become part of Our-top management team of tomorrow and provides them with the additional training necessary to take on the responsibilities of a management position and to progress rapidly within our company.
Program Overview
The program is customized to each individual's training needs, previous work experience and personal objectives, and is designed to accommodate the Trainee's own career aspirations and the company's professional standards of performance.
The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases:
  • Exposure in various departments of the hotel
  • An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest
The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.
Selection Criteria
Our Training Program is open to graduates who will usually have a degree in hotel management, business management or equivalent. A good working knowledge of the English language is required and ideally fluency in one additional language.
Graduates with degrees in business management, marketing, economics, etc will also be considered for this program although their programs will be adjusted to support the lack of related hotel knowledge and/or experience.
In addition, every encouragement is given to accepting local, internal candidates onto the program who have excellent long term potential within the company and who meet the other selection criteria outlined above.
