Grand Hyatt San Francisco recently completed extensive renovations including a redesign of the hotel's 659 guestrooms, suites, guest corridors, elevator cabs, Grand Club and fitness center. Additionally, updates were made to the front drive, lobby, restaurant and upper level meeting rooms.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay recently completed a $16 million renovation of its 442 guest rooms, which include 23 suites and 45 villa-style casitas, and other hotel areas, including the outdoor terrace Armani’s.

The extensive, multi-million dollar renovation commenced in February 2008, and imparting a fresh design throughout, the recent renovations to Hyatt Regency Indian Wells include the redesign of the resort’s contemporary lobby, the reconcepting and renaming of Lantana Restaurant and lobby bar Agave Sunset, the expansion of the resort’s private villas, and the transformation of the 26 luxury Penthouse Suites.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta has completed a $65 million transformation, including a significant refresh of the hotel’s soaring 22-story Atrium Lobby and updates to the hotel’s more than 180,000 square feet of meeting, boardroom, and exhibit space, including modernizing the 29,000 square-foot Centennial Ballroom. Additionally, each of 1,260 guest rooms at this downtown Atlanta hotel features new design elements and modern technology including a signature carpet design inspired by the Flora Raris sculpture located in the Atrium Lobby, wall coverings, drapes, artwork, 37-inch, LCD flat-panel televisions with HDTV channels, and iHome Dual alarm clock radios.
