Your experience at TusCA starts with warm ciabatta bread served with olive oil and a roasted garlic. You may want to share the antipasto platter but you definitely don't want to miss Chef Mark Ayers' white bean soup. TusCA offers the freshest local grown ingredients in their items such as the arugula and pear salad. Every table in TusCA has a view of the demonstration kitchen where you can watch the chefs fire your pizza in our wood-burning oven.
