"My international culinary background, from six different countries, and years of experience influence everything, from creation to presentation. In each dish you will find simplicity, pleasure, and surprise. Using the freshest ingredients and serving the highest quality food is most important. You can have the best service, atmosphere, and location. If you don't have the cuisine to back it up, you have nothing.

At Stetson's Chop House I am confident we have it all. I have fulfilled an ambition and personal goal with tenure at the Hyatt Regency Chicago steak restaurant, and am proud to have helped make it one of the top Chicago steakhouses. I am very lucky to have an opportunity to embrace my passion for food and cooking every day; and at the same time delight guests by providing a superior culinary experience they'll never forget."
