"I want to let you know that Thursday was an exceptional event for us - all the way around. On the catering side, the table settings were lovely and the appetizers beautifully presented. The buffet definitely was the way to go, I know everyone was pleased with the food selections – my favorite was the salmon. Again, thank Dario and his team for the fine service – he even let me take charge of the dessert tray so I could visit my customers. You always make these events easy for us. With you and Eric in charge I never worry, I just enjoy!"
