Hyatt Regency Dallas encourages your guest to be picky with its personal preference menu. Guests of banquets ranging in size from 20 - 2000 can now choose from a variety of main course selections that best suit one's personal tastes. Prior to a banquet, meeting and event planners are offered a choice of four-course menu options that provide attendees their own choice of entrée, as well as the planner's selection of appetizers, salad and dessert. At the meal, guests are able to choose their entrée from a provided menu. This new brand standard is a guest-oriented program designed to differentiate Hyatt from its competition and is now available at all Hyatt hotels and resorts across North America and the Caribbean.
