Treatments range from traditional massages, facials and body wraps and scrubs, to progressive therapeutic services such as hot stone therapy, Shiatsu, Thai massage, reflexology and aromatherapy.   Agua Serena is staffed with exceptional massage therapists, estheticians, fitness consultants, personal trainers, and a medical director to oversee cosmetic services.

Agua Serena Spa features 18 treatment rooms, all named after an herb or flower used in one of our essential oils.   Each room includes a walled terrace and floor to ceiling windows, providing as much natural light and fresh air as our guests desire.

Eight treatment rooms offer private outdoor showers for enjoying our fertile oasis and panoramic views.   This refreshing amenity can be added allowing guests to enjoy a soothing rinse after any one of our exceptional treatments.

Agua Serena also offers a number of specialty treatment rooms, including a couples massage room (the Serena Suite), outdoor treatment rooms, as well as a Vichy shower room.

Vichy Shower: This is a technique developed in Vichy, France, which is given in the recumbent position (the Aix-les-Bains is given in the sitting position). The client is supine on a canvas cot, which is covered with a sheet of perforated rubber and an air pillow to support the head.
