    Surprise someone with your new skills or book the perfect corporate team building session - award winning, Executive Chef Kyle Groves shares his secrets to success in the kitchen.

    Each course is served with a perfectly paired wine selected by Sommelier Anthony Chalmers.

    Oysters - Learn the difference between east and west coast oysters (look and taste) and how to properly shuck.

    Seared Qualicum beach scallops on Israeli cous cous with grainy mustard sauce - Master the skill of cooking the perfect scallop and learn the difference between fresh and frozen.

    Poached BC salmon on spring asparagus with hollandaise sauce - Chef Groves will discuss how to poach salmon and identify how to tell when the fish is properly cooked. Sit back and enjoy a perfect Ocean Wise salmon and of course a glass of wine.

    Dark chocolate torte with mint ice cream - Take a seat and devour this dessert made by Chef Groves. This is the perfect time to ask any culinary questions that you've been dying to know.
