Guests will savor taste temptations when the new restaurant and lounge concepts reopen in mid-April 2010. The restaurant will become TusCA Ristorante, featuring dishes inspired by the hearty cuisine of Italy's Tuscan region and its emphasis on abundance and seasonality. The menu specializes in pasta, pizza and dishes baked in an Italian pizza oven.
The welcoming ambiance of Tuscany and the California countryside will be reflected throughout TusCA, with a warm color palette inspired by the hues of local wines, and touches of natural stone and wood.
The transformed lobby lounge/bar will offer an exciting new brew house theme.
During the dates of December 15, 2009 – mid-April 2010, the hotel’s restaurant and lounge will be relocated from the lobby. The hotel will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner in the South Tower Terrace Rooms, and room service will be available from 6:00 AM to midnight daily.
