Park Hyatt Aviara (June 21-23) will again partner with Carlsbad Aqua Farm for a wonderful day on the Southern California coast. The event will start with a tour of the Carlsbad Aqua Farm followed by an oyster tasting with beverage pairing. Master’s participants will then return to the Resort for a Seafood Dinner at Vivace Restaurant prepared by Chef Jesse Paul. The five course dinner will feature Local Green Abalone from the Aqua Farm as well as other local seafood. Each course will be paired with Californian wine selected by our Sommelier. Carlsbad Aquafarm is Southern California’s only shellfish aquafarm. Since 1990, Carlsbad Aquafarm has been growing eco-friendly Carlsbad Mediterranean Mussel, Carlsbad Luna, Blonde and Del Sol Oysters, Carlsbad Green Abalone, and Carlsbad Red Ogo Seaweed, in the unspoiled Pacific Ocean waters of the Aqua Hedionda lagoon. Park Hyatt Baku (June 22) A Masculine Cooking Class: This year, Park Hyatt Baku sends out an invitation to all men who have a fantasy for grilling. Lead by our Master Chef Thomas Brosnan who will help you to obtain the skill required to be a Grill Master in your own way. Additionally, few tips on how to test the cooking point of your meat or steak before serving, not to forget our authentic recipe of seasoning a perfect kebab dish.
