Slated to open in 2016, Andaz Bali will be a beachfront resort designed by international architect Tierra Design and Japanese interior design firm Spin Design Studio. The hotel will be comprised of low-rise clusters and pavilions set within dramatic landscaping, and will feature 144 guestrooms and villas, small intimate meeting facilities, multiple dining options, a fitness center, several outdoor swimming pools, and a spa.
Guests will also soon be able to experience all the excitement that Delhi has to offer when Andaz Delhi opens at a premier site in the city’s exciting Hospitality District, near Delhi’s emerging Central Business District and the commercial hubs of Gurgaon and South Delhi. Andaz Delhi will feature 350 guest rooms and an additional 118 Andaz-branded apartments.
On the other side of the globe, located in the beautiful and relaxing resort community of Mayakoba, the new Andaz Mayakoba Mexico will be situated along the beach coastline in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. The resort will feature 213 guest rooms, and plenty of options for dining, drinking, activities and relaxation.
Last, in 2017, Andaz Munich will welcome guests to experience personal style, comfort and sophistication in the Bavarian capital. The hotel will feature 234 guestrooms, 36 junior suites, three executive suites, and a presidential suite. In addition, Andaz Munich will have an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge and rooftop bar, and an extensive fitness center with spa and pool facilities. Conference facilities will include a ballroom, seven conference rooms and pre-function space.

In late 2016, Andaz will bring its mission of creating inspiring, indigenous experiences and immersing guests into the destination’s local culture to the beautiful destination of Palm Springs. The 150-room, 17-suite hotel will be located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, adjacent to the vibrant Uptown Design District and just a quick walk to the shops, restaurant and galleries that line the famed Palm Canyon Drive. The hotel will also be within walking distance of the Village Center and the convention center, and two miles from Palm Springs International Airport.
Staying true to its desert oasis destination, Andaz Palm Springs will be built as a collection of small buildings and guestroom bungalows. Guests can relax at the hotel’s two outdoor pools or the elevated patio terrace garden, which will offer panoramic views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains and city. Andaz Palm Springs will also feature spa services, a fitness facility, a signature restaurant and lounge, as well as an expansive elevated poolside retreat and terrace bar.
China’s tropical coastline city of Sanya will soon be home to Andaz Sanya Sunny Bay. The hotel will be located in a large resort community and will include spacious resort villas in addition to 183 guest rooms. Andaz Sanya Sunny Bay will offer five restaurants (featuring wood oven, table BBQ, teppan, steam boat, and yakitory options), a 2,500-square-foot ballroom, and three meeting rooms.
The property’s is close to Sanya’s major tourist attractions, including the nearly five-mile crescent-shaped beach at Yalong Bay, the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone, and the End of the World (Tian Ya Hai Jiao), a famous scenic destination for travelers. Andaz Sanya Sunny Bay is sure to reflect Andaz’s signature fresh, stylish blend of engaging hospitality and vibrant settings.
Andaz has recently announced it will be breaking into both Canada and Southeast Asia’s gateway city to continue spreading its “personal style” philosophy across the globe.
Andaz Ottawa Byward Market will be opening mid-2016 and will become not only the first Andaz-branded hotel in Canada, but the city’s first hotel under the Hyatt brand portfolio. Its 200 rooms in Ottawa’s famed Byward Market neighborhood will be surrounded by more than two dozen embassies and consulates. This area has become the center of Ottawa’s nightlife, bordered by residential towers, restaurants and bars. It’s also a short walk from Parliament Hill and just north of the University of Ottawa campus.
The hotel itself will feature a destination restaurant, six Andaz Studios for meetings, and a rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the city. Andaz Ottawa Byward Market will also collaborate with local artists, musicians, designers, and other cultural influencers to deliver programs, exhibits and live performances on themes unique to its location in Ottawa.
In 2017, Andaz Singapore will be joining the ranks in the city’s up-and-coming Ophir-Rochor district. The hotel’s design will reflect the vibrant, creative and energetic culture of Singapore’s expanding Central Business District (CBD), as well as the inspiring and unscripted style set forth by Andaz.
A 15 minute drive from Singapore’s Changi Airport, Andaz Singapore will comprise of more than 340 guestrooms and will offer the district’s rising creative class an intimate, contemporary and relaxed environment. The hotel will also feature a lounge area, restaurants and bars, a rooftop outdoor venue, spa services, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a gift shop. Andaz Singapore is set to weave the city’s local creative into the fabric of the hotel, leading its guests to new discoveries and inspiring experiences.
